Education since the days of yore had to be one form of human endeavor in order to maintain the continued existence of human culture and life itself.

Further education be mandatory in order to maintain the life of humanity. see that the importance of education for humanity, much of human civilization which "require" people to continue to maintain continuity of education.
Be a problem, the extent to which education can influence individual behavior change and development. How well the individual's own contributions to the developments and changes in behavior.
Using the basic concepts of psychology, especially in view of behaviorism, education is essentially conditioning business (creation of a set of stimuli) that is expected to produce patterns of behavior patterns (a set of responses) given, which is manifested in the form of behavioral changes and developments, both in terms of cognitive, affective , and psychomotor.
Extent the level or degree of behavior change and progress achieved through the business - the business is known as conditioning, learning achievement or learning outcomes (achievement). Thus, the view of behaviorism, direction and qualification developments and changes in behavior will depend on factors s (conditioning ).
Meanwhile, in the view of humanism, that some organisms or the individual who holds an important role in a process of learning or educational process. Basically individuals from birth has been given a certain potential potency, especially intellectual potential, then with help or without help from others, the individual seeks actively develop all their potential through interaction with its environment, including the school environment. So that initially the potential is still latent (hidden) can be actualized into achievement.
If we observe from both these views seem there are things that contrast. Behaviorism views learning outcomes by individuals is the result of the reactive environment. Whereas in the view of humanism, individual learning outcomes are the result of active and pro-active efforts on the environment. With the existence of such differences also cause differences in the occurrence of differences in technical approach and educational process. However, these must be recognized that both these views have a vital role and contribute to developments and changes in personal or individual behavior.
